Here you will find tips and important information for your visit as well as terms and conditions you agree to if you attend our event. This will also be sent with your ordered tickets.

Please note;
- We recommend buying your ticket in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Children up to and including 4 years old are free, but they do need a free ticket to enter the christmas market.
- Be present maximum 10 minutes before the start of your reserved time block. This to avoid unnecessary queuing.
- During the entire time block that you reserve, you have time to enter the Christmas Market Municipal Cave (example: you reserve 11:00 - 11:30, you can enter then between 11:00 and 11:30). There is no end time to your time block.
- It is still possible to buy tickets for multiple activities within Christmas Town Valkenburg. During the purchase process you can add tickets for multiple activities to your shopping cart. Take into account an average visit time at the Christmas Market Municipal Cave of 1 to 1.5 hours and the walking time to the other activity.
- Tickets purchased are non-returnable
Groups & Tour operators
For tour operators, large groups and other companies, there is the possibility to buy tickets at a discounted price for adults with a minimum purchase of 20 tickets.

Hotels

Return policy
Already purchased tickets cannot be returned. In case of cancellation of the event due to COVID-19, the entrance fee will be refunded.
